Housing Specialist – Dickson Housing Authority

The Dickson Housing Authority (DHA) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Housing Specialist.  The primary purpose of the position is to provide support and management in various housing departments.

Experience/Education Requirements:

Associate’s Degree in business, education, or social sciences and two (2) years of experience as a property manager, or related experience; Low Income Public Housing (LIPH), Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience is desirable; or a high school diploma, GED, and four (4) years’ experience as a property manager; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, which, in the sole determination of the Housing Authority, provides the required knowledge and abilities, may be considered sufficient.
