This Student Handbook/Catalog presents the course offerings and academic requirements in effect at the time of publication but provides no guarantee that offerings will not be changed or rescinded. The course offerings and requirements of Tennessee College of Applied Technology Dickson are continually under examination and review. The College reserves the right to make changes in course offerings, curricula, academic policies, and other rules and regulations affecting students and which will become effective whenever determined proper by the Institution. Reasonable notice will be given to students regarding any changes in the Student Handbook/Catalog. All updates and/or corrections will be posted in the online version of the Student Handbook/Catalog, which will supersede previous written copies. Changes will govern current, former, and prospective students. A copy of Tennessee College of Applied Technology Dickson’s Annual Security Report is available. This report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on-campus; in 2 certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Tennessee College of Applied Technology Dickson and on public property within or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus. The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security, such as policies concerning sexual assault, and other matters.
