Request a Transcript
To request your Tennessee College of Applied Technology transcript, please complete and submit the transcript request form. Your request will typically be processed within 10 working days, excluding delivery. Records dated prior to 1999 may take longer to process.
GED® or HiSet® Transcript
Students who have earned their High School Equivalency Diploma (via the HiSET® or GED® Exam) through Tennessee Adult Education can request a copy of their test scores (transcript), diploma, or verification letter online through DiplomaSender or call 855-313-5799.
The Tennessee College of Applied Technology does not have any access to these transcripts or diplomas.
Contact Our Office
Students have the option to execute consent forms authorizing the TCAT Dickson to release academic education records, as defined by federal law, to a designated parent for their review. In addition, consent forms can allow TCAT Dickson representatives to speak with parents.
